LOVE: The Force that Endures All Things

People are hurting.

The flooding this week has left so many in our community devastated—families displaced, homes destroyed, lives forever changed. If that includes you or someone you love, please know this: We care. We love you. And we are praying for you.

Steady leadership starts with identity—who we are, before what we do. And during a crisis, that identity must be rooted in love. Because love is what steadies people when the ground disappears beneath them.

As Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 13:7:

“Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”

It’s not just a verse for weddings. It’s a command for leaders.

– Love bears the burdens of others when they can’t carry them alone.
– Love believes that healing is possible.
– Love hopes when all else seems lost.
– Love endures, even when it costs us something.

This week, here’s your Steady Leader challenge:

Love everyone in your life with more conviction. Don't hold back. Give your love freely to all because you never know their story and what they need.

Love is the net that catches people when they fall.
Love lifts them back to their feet.
Love unifies.
Love gives life.

Now is the time for leaders to show the world what love looks like.

Stay steady. Lead with love.
