This week, Ryan Holiday challenged a dangerous assumption of many leaders: that being smart is enough.

This week, shift your focus. Spend less time trying to prove your point. Spend more time trying to understand the person in front of you. Ask better questions. Listen longer. Pay attention to how you make people feel. Because the moment people feel understood is the moment you earn the right to lead them.
